ROLLERMILL ROLLS

Specific to the needs of wheat, corn, grain, oil, coffee, feed, chocolate and biscuit producers, we offer a wide range of rolls from 150 mm to 820 mm in diameter and 2200 mm in length. The rolls we produce using double layer centrifugal casting and special alloys have superior qualities in terms of durability and efficiency.

Each roll is specially machined according to the grinding diagram in which it will be used. While the cracking rolls are prepared with the gearing process in accordance with the requirements, the smooth rolls go through grinding and sandblasting stages for the most ideal surface. In order to maintain our quality standards, we utilise CNC and ROBOT technology at every stage of production. We guarantee flawless production with various quality and durability tests that are meticulously carried out starting from the raw material to the shipment stage.

- Semolina cracking rolls surface hardness between 550 - 600 Brinell.

- Standart cracking rolls surface hardness between 500 - 550 Brinell.

- Smooth rolls surface hardness between 400 - 450 Brinell.

- Hardness depth 20 +- 3 mm.

- Shafts are manufactured with SAE 1050 qualified steel matrial.

- Dinamic balanced at 600 RPM
